Messages and calls

We process SMS content and sender/recipient numbers to relay your messages. Incoming messages and call events are encrypted in the delivery queue and removed after acknowledgement or seven days. This is not end-to-end encryption: the relay sees content during processing. Outgoing SMS and recipient numbers wait in readable form for Android until completion or expiry, normally within one hour. Local archives stay on your device. Call deduplication identifiers remain up to 31 days. No call audio is recorded; Android may withhold caller numbers.

Devices and permissions

Public keys, pairing memberships, handset labels, connection timestamps, push tokens and sender-block hashes enable delivery and security. Pairing codes expire after two minutes. Device and block records remain until removal; abuse restrictions may remain while needed to prevent repeated abuse. Aggregate traffic counts contain no SMS. Contacts stay on your device for names and recipient selection; only a selected recipient number accompanies an outgoing message. Camera access scans pairing codes. Face ID and PIN protect local access; we receive no biometric data.

Safety reports

Reports require confirmation. You can redact the selected message before sharing text, sender, reason, device identifier and sample-message flag. Other SMS are not attached. Reports remain up to 30 days or until device-data deletion. Offline reports stay encrypted locally. Notifications contain only a report ID and authenticated admin link. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours. Blocking suppresses delivery to this device after synchronization, not carrier SMS on Android.

Support and website

Private support stores your name, optional email and messages on Cloudflare for authorized staff. Conversations expire after 90 days without a new message; Delete conversation erases them sooner. Replies appear in the conversation, not automatic emails. Browser storage holds its private access key. SMS and diagnostics are never attached automatically. Website contact and newsletter submissions reach our support channel; newsletter details remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits without advertising cookies or cross-site profiles.

Providers and purchases

Cloudflare hosts the site, relay and database and processes requests and operational security data for us, including internationally. Apple processes payments and content-free APNs alerts. StoreKit verifies purchases; we do not receive payment-card details. Our private operator channel receives support alerts and website submissions. Providers receive data needed for these functions. No advertising, cross-app tracking or sale of personal data.

Deletion and rights

Delete device data remains available on the access screen after trial expiry and before accepting terms; Settings also provides device removal. Server deletion must succeed before the local identity is erased, allowing network failures to be retried. It removes that device’s pairing, queued messages, push registration, reports and call receipts. It cannot recall SMS already sent or fetched by Android. Other devices and Apple purchases are unaffected. Delete support conversations separately. Contact us for access, correction, export, deletion, objection or consent withdrawal, subject to applicable law and identity verification. Policy changes will appear here.
